The Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 99, the Long Span Footbridge connecting Hoi Ying Estate and Hoi Tat Estate, among other BIM projects of Global Virtual Design and Construction Limited (GVDC) under our Group, as well as the revitalization project of the Central Market consulted by this subsidiary, have all received recognition in various professional award ceremonies. In fact, this is a solid evidence that our exceptional performance in the application of this innovative technology has widely been acknowledged by the industry.

With the Full Lifecycle Management, the entire project team members are able to collaborate with each other and explore opportunities in the BIM environment for the goals of eliminating possible errors at various award-winning projects such as L. Living 23, our redevelopment of residential and commercial building with the concept of smart and healthy living. More, BIM has been applied to our hospitals projects that design and construction of Yau Ma Tei Specialist Clinic at Queen Elizabeth Hospital is the first 5D BIM one. It is worth noting that we have also adopted 5D BIM for full lifecycle management at Hong Kong’s first cancer special treatment centre in order to enhance its buildability and productivity.
