In order to strengthen the implementation of BIM, a subsidiary specializing in BIM namely Global Virtual Design and Construction Limited as established in 2013 and the projects completed such as the Long Span Footbridge connecting Hoi Ying Estate and Hoi Tat Estate as well as being a BIM consultant for the revitalization project of the Central Market, have all received recognition in various professional campaign.

Moreover, 5D BIM has also been applied to our hospital projects in order to enhance the buildability and productivity, including Yau Ma Tei Specialist Clinic at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is Hong Kong’s first hospital adopted 5D BIM, and Hong Kong’s first proton therapy centre.
