Design and Construction of a Community Health Centre cum Social Welfare Facilities at Pak Wo Road, North District has won the Runner Up of NEC Building Project of the Year 2021.

 

The development will be tentatively completed by 2023’s third quarter and will become a local district landmark for a modernized primary healthcare building in North District. It is also one of the very important deliverables under the 10-year Hospital Development Plan of the Hospital Authority.

 

In order to cope with the Government’s initiative of “Smart City” & “Construction 2.0” for better quality and time control to have the project completed on time with guarantee on the quality and safety, various innovative technologies including Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and BEANiE, Hong Kong’s first BIM-enabled blockchain multifunctional platform, will be adopted.
