By adopting Global Virtual Design and Construction Limited 's self-development EcoDesignerSTAR add-on module, a localized assessment tool applicable to Hong Kong BEAMPlus, the project team of L．Living 23 can evaluate and simulate energy consumption during design stage and successfully achieved BEAMPlus (Provisional) Platinum.

 

Under such forward smart planning approach, the project team initiated Integrated Project Delivery and Big Room Concept to improve collaboration through greater team integration and has greatly enhanced the efficiency. It was a breakthrough that L．Living 23 project team only took 37 working days to freeze the design and submit the General Building Plans to Buildings Department for approval while other projects of similar scale would normally take 3 months in average.
