Ms. Winnie Ho, Secretary for Housing, and Mr. Victor Tai, Under Secretary for Housing, have visited the Subsidised Sale Housing at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A this afternoon. Mr. I K Wong, Chairman of Yau Lee Group, Conrad, Rosana and Richard, together with Franki, Director, and Franco, Assistant Director, both from Housing Society, have provided an update on the project.

 

It will be the tallest and the first MiC building with balcony in Hong Kong upon completion. After the introduction of Housing Society’s overall planning in Hung Shui Kiu, progress of Yau Lee’s MiC systems, Hong Kong’s first blockchain multifunction platform BEANiE and the Smart Site done by Franki, Franco and Rosana respectively, the guests then went to the balcony for on-site study. Rosana pointed out that a special design has been made by Yau Lee to combine the living room and the balcony into one MiC box to ease the logistic issues. Via real-time monitoring with BEANiE, just-in-time production and drivers’ wellness can also be improved.
