Mr. Vicky Tai, Under Secretary for Housing, visited “Po Ting Terraced Home” at Po Lam Road North, Tseung Kwan O with Mr. N M Chan, Project Director, Rosana of Yau Lee Group and Ivy, Chief Executive of the Christian Family Service Centre (Operating Organization), on Wednesday (27/9).

 

“Po Ting Terraced Home”is one of the three transitional housing projects at the town centre of Tseung Kwan O providing 384 units for 879 residents. Each unit provides an individual toilet with window, cooking space, exhaust fan, water heater and other equipment. It also provides public space, multifunctional room, mailboxes, laundry room, environmental recycling bins and bicycle parking space to cope with TKO’s comprehensive bicycle network. In addition, various bus stops are located just outside the “Po Ting Terraced Home” and it is also close to the MTR station. Large-scale market and recreational facilities are all within 20-min walk.

 

MiC installation and other works of the “Po Ting Terraced Home” are already completed.
