Since 2022, the Construction Industry Council (CIC) has initiated the Master Class series, which encompasses a variety of pioneering, tailored courses for professionals seeking to extract value from project data, harness digitalization and cutting-edge technologies, and enhance business processes, thus boosting productivity and safety in operations to meet the needs of the industry.

 

Today (7/5), the CIC introduces a new Master Class on systems thinking and digital leadership to equip practitioners at the decision-making level with holistic approaches to improve business processes and project outcomes. Rosana of Yau Lee Group attended the kickoff ceremony this morning as a member of the Technical Advisory Panel to receive a letter of appreciation. She thanks CIC for the continued efforts to formulate new courses that enhance the professional competencies of local practitioners and equip them with essential knowledge to adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the industry. In view of this, Yau Lee Group has assigned four newly promoted project management staff – Tung, Darren, Brian and Shan - to attend the master class to strengthen their understanding of the interconnectivity between different systems, such as the built environment, social systems, and the economic system, to address sustainability challenges from a holistic perspective.
