Subsequent to the International Conference on MiC held yesterday, a technical visit for the VIPs was arranged at HKHA’s Public Housing Development at Kwu Tung Area 19 Phase 1A & 1B this morning (27/6).
Conrad and Rosana of Yau Lee Group supported the project team, including HKHA’s representatives, our PD Yuk, and other team members, to greet and share project insights, including MiC adoption, with the VIPs from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC and conference speakers from various universities.
Drawing from the successful experience gained in HKHA’s first MiC project, the Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 99, Yau Lee Group is committed to achieving another milestone by implementing a 4-day construction cycle at Hong Kong’s largest and HKHA’s tallest MiC project. This development will feature six blocks, each 38 to 40 stories high, comprising a total of 4,968 flats and 12,950 MiC modules. Rosana is delighted for having a fruitful discussion with the VIPs and has been invited to have further discussion at different overseas universities.
Yau Lee Group will continue to enhance our efforts by incorporating cutting-edge technologies to support the government's housing initiatives. Our commitment to embracing digital transformation will play a crucial role in addressing the growing demand for sustainable and affordable housing in Hong Kong.
