The topping-out ceremony for the MiC block in the public housing development at Fanling North Area 15 East Phase 1 was held this afternoon (21/8). Senior management of Yau Lee Group, including IK Wong, Conrad, and Rosana, joined the project team to witness the lifting of the 3000th MiC module. This block is the tallest MiC building in Hong Kong, featuring 40 storeys, and represents the largest scale of a single MiC block, containing 3000 modules.

 

The ceremony commenced with opening speeches by Dominic, AD(P)1, and IK Wong. Following the lifting of the 3000th MiC module, guests visited the sample flat and experienced demonstrations of robotic applications, such as Safety Rangers, Mobile Weldbot, and Water Spraying Robot.
