The Kick off Ceremony of Public Housing Development at Long Bin Phase 1, developing by Hong Kong Housing Authority & constructing by Yau Lee Construction (YLC), was held this morning. Mr. Patrick Luk, Assistant Director of Housing Department, and his team members Mr. Max Wong, Ch Architect, and Ms. Chloe Chen, Sr Architect, together with our Chairman Mr. I K Wong, Conrad, Rosana, Richard and Project Director KK and Lam have joined the ceremony.

 

This project comprising of 3 residential buildings including one 44-storey block and two 48-storey blocks will provide 3,030 units with numerous facilities. It is expected to be tentatively completed in 2025.

 

Global Virtual Design and Construction Limited (GVDC), wholly owned by Yau Lee Group, is also participating in this project for the provision of BIM services to maximize efficiency and reduce costs & wastes. It’s worth mentioning that with our ESG policy, large tree originally located at the site can be preserved. Our project team also builds “green wall” to beautify the site. Most vitally, Yau Lee will continue to drive sustainable development in various projects aiming at accomplishing the net zero target stated at “HK’s Climate Action Plan 2050”.
