American Institute of Architects (AIA) HK and the Lighthouse Club Hong Kong gathered at Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo this morning (25/7) for an inspiring presentation and hotel tour. Rosana of Yau Lee Group unveiled the innovative design concepts highlighting the local urban fabric and cutting-edge AI+ solutions driving the hotel’s remarkable transformation: from Hong Kong's greenest hotel into Asia’s very first lifestyle Motto brand hotel.

 

The highlight of the session focused on how advanced technology redefines modern hospitality. Yau Lee Group showcased a sophisticated suite of intelligent systems, including the Autonomous Twin and Smart Command Theatre for real-time management, LIVVY apps for enhanced guest engagement, and the Concordia generative AI engine. Together, these technologies establish the hotel as a living testament to smart and sustainable hospitality.

 

Following the presentation, participants enjoyed an exclusive guided tour of the hotel, wrapping up seamlessly just before the Typhoon Signal No. 3 came into effect. However, in light of the adverse weather conditions, the annual Lu Pan Dinner scheduled for tonight has unfortunately been cancelled and details regarding the dinner's rearrangement will be announced shortly.
