Yau Lee Holdings Limited has been exploring the business of the real estate development in Mainland China early in the 90's. In 1992, its subsidiary Yau Lee Development Company Limited completed the "Fuli Building Development" in Rongqi Town of Shunde. The development is a deluxe residential complex composed of two 25-storey grand towers, providing 336 residential units with the flat area from 1000-1500 square feet, as well as a 3-storey shopping mall including numerous shops, restaurants and amusement center.
