Scope of Work:
North West Kowloon Reclamation Site 6 : Four domestic buildings (Public Rental Housing) ranging from 39 to 40 domestics storeys containing a total of 3,314 no. domestic units; one 8-storeys social welfare block; one 8-storey public library and sports centre complex; one 2-storey podium; one public transport interchange; one steel footbridge of about 48m span and one steel tied-arch bridge of about 145m span, both are over public roads; and three steel internal link bridges of spans ranging from about 20m to 34m. Fat Tseung Street West : One domestic building (subsidized Sales Flats) with 40 domestic storeys containing a total of 811 no. domestic units and a semi-basement carpark; and one 2-storey lift tower.
