Scope of Work:
Construction of six 23 to 37-storey domestic buildings (total 3222 flats), one carpark, one Highways standard main road, one refuse collection point and one estate management office. The Site of the Works is at eastern side of Queen’s Hill Site 1 for Phase 3 and Portion of Phase 6 Queen’s Hill public housing development. Queen’s Hill Site 1 is located at the north-east of Fanling and Sheung Shui new town, fronted by Ma Liu Shui San Tsuen to the Lung Yeuk Tau section of Sha Tau Kok Road, which occupies a major part of the former military camp of Ex-Burma line and is only accessible via Lung Ma Road from Sha Tau Kok Road, and the adjoining site of Contract 1.
