Scope of Work:
Design, renovation and conversion of the existing 6 blocks of Correctional Services Dept Quarters Site (a) to form a new prison for 650 female inmates for reprovisioning of Victoria Prison. The design and construction of low rise reprovisioned accommodation at Site (b) as support facilities for the new female prison and reprovisioned CSD facilities currently located within the existing quarters site.
