This contract comprises of four domestic blocks in modular integrated construction (MiC) (total 2,515 flats). Site 4A (South) - Domestic Block: No. of Blocks: 2 No. of Storeys: 37 to 43 domestic storeys for Block 1 and Block 2 Both blocks atop a 3-storey (G/F, 1/F and 2/F) non-domestic podium with roof garden Non-domestic Facilities: 6-classroom Kindergarten, Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, Estate Management Office, Office for Cleansing Contractor, Maintenance Service/Store Room, Open Store for Maintenance Contractors, Refuse Collection Point Site 5 - Domestic Block: No. of Blocks: 2 No. of Storeys: 31 - 36 domestic storeys for Block A and Block B Both blocks atop a 5-storey (G/F, M/F, 1/F, 2/F and P/F) non-domestic podium with roof garden Non-domestic Facilities: Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, Integrated Children and Youth Services Centre, Owner’s Corporation Office, Estate Management Office, Office for Cleansing Contractor, Workshop for Artisan, Refuse Collection Point
