Scope of Work:
The works of Kowloon Bay Flatted Factory Site are comprised the demolition of two 7-storey reinforced concrete blocks. Each block approx. 18x113m overall on plan and approximately 22 m high from ground floor to main roof level. The works of Tung Tau Cottage Area East Site are comprised the design, provision, erection, alteration and maintenance of site hoardings, covered walkways and gantries.
