Ms. Rosana Wong, Executive Director of Yau Lee Group, attended the URA 20th Anniversary Commemoration this evening, which brought together a lot of guests including the Chief Executive Mrs. Carrie Lam. Sir Chow Chung Kong, Chairman of the URA, and Ir Wai Chi Sing, Managing Director of the URA, witnessed the important milestones of the past 20 years with the guests.

 

The Commemoration took place at The Central Market with amazing decoration and a large number of innovative technologies which not only surprised the guests but also fully demonstrated the essence of the URA – to inject new vitality into the old district. Digital Twin of Ir Wai Chi Sing indeed was the most special and attractive session where Ir Wai (MD1.0) and his digital twin (MD2.0) interacted with each other in an energetic and creative manner. Our CE Mrs. Lam was also impressed by such astonishing presentation.

 

Promoting building rehabilitation will be the core business of the URA in the next few years, in which BIM will play a vital role. Our subsidiary GVDC, as a BIM Consultant of the Central Market Revitalisation Project, will keep optimizing the Full Lifecycle Management to cope with the future development of the URA. On the other hand, the Group’s latest mixed use development, also the first collaboration with the URA, is expected to be launched in the end of 2021 to provide smart healthy living to the residents. The Group looks forward to having closer collaboration with the URA to co-create a truly home living for the community.
