Yau Lee Group introduced the very first Motto by Hilton, a lifestyle-focused and edgy urban hotel brand, in Asia Pacific and is expected to open in 2024. To highlight the charisma of Hong Kong through localisation of the brand, Rosana, our Executive Director, aims at providing a unique experience for the travelers to instantly integrate into Hong Kong as a cosmopolitan city.
Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo is located in the SoHo area where the convergence of Chinese and Western cultures can be found. CBD, integrated shopping centres and historic streets are all within walking distance and guests can also easily reach local universities, I&T hubs and MICE venues. Rosana believes that the hotel will become an ideal choice for tourists from all over the world, specially the elites in the I&T sector and non-local students.
In order to cope with the needs of the targeted guests, the hotel will provide 274 customizable rooms where the connecting rooms allow the guests to create a multifunctional space and freely switch between working and leisure modes. A dynamic co-working space, Motto Commons, is also available. Yau Lee Group wil organize monthly I&T events with different topics of tech trends to gather I&T talents and provide them an innovative exchange platform.
The building was formerly known as the greenest high-rise building with 4 highest level of green certifications and over 15 awards. With the contribution and support of the project team, Rosana looks forward to going further and achieving the greenest renovated hotel by adopting energy saving and carbon reduction design, and ultimately towards a low-carbon tourism and sustainable healthy living. The hotel will also become the Group’s another smart city signature project after L. Living 23.
