A reception to celebrate the 26th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR was held at the HKCEC this morning. Mr. I K Wong, Chairman if Yau Lee Group, and Rosana, Executive Director, were invited to join and celebrate with the CE, Mr. John Lee, government officials and guests.

 

The reception kicked off with a medley by local performers, followed by the introduction of the major work of the current term government in the past year and a speech by the CE. Mr. John Lee said that the National 14th Five-Year Plan, the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Belt and Road Initiative and other strategies have brought Hong Kong unlimited opportunities and leveraged the advantages of "connecting the world with the motherland”.

 

Rosana sincerely thanked the government for leading Hong Kong out of the pandemic and breaking a new ground. The Group will fully support and cope with the government's high-quality development towards "I&T, culture and land” by upholding the implementation of construction innovation, green and sustainable development. At the same time, the senior management will also strengthen the collaboration with the motherland in various aspects, and lead everyone within the Group to jointly make contributions to Hong Kong.
