Since the 1990s, the Group has been actively developing precast factories in China and the production capacity has greatly enhanced after optimization. Now the Group is exploring different plans to further increase the production capacity to meet the housing plan of the Hong Kong government. In recent years, the Group has also implemented JV factory projects with different cities in China and transferred the knowledge to the second and third tier cities to assist in the development of industrialization. In addition, the Group is also very supportive of the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals promoted by the government. Several Mainland talents have joined the Group and started working in Hong Kong since May when the expanded talent list released. Rosana hopes that more talents will join the Group and collaborate with local employees to jointly improve the quality and competitiveness of Hong Kong’s construction industry.
