“Ask Me Anything About Astropreneurship (AMAAA)”, a monthly webinar hosted by OASA, is a casual chat to arouse awareness and interest of public in NewSpace. Today, Perry, Chairman of the Board, served as the moderator and Rosana, Executive Director of Yau Lee Group, and Paul, Director of Tak Shing (Group of Companies), have been invited to be the guest speakers to share their insights on “Smart Living in Space and on Earth”.
The main difference between AMAAA and the “Space Biz Breakfast” is that AMAAA’s targeted audiences are mainly students and the general public. Rosana shared the Group’s smart city and personal experiences with the students so that they could easily understand the discussion, for instance, Rosana joined Contour Crafting in the US around 2013 to explore whether the materials from Mars can be applied to buildings on the earth; sharing resources globally via technologies as well as how smart retirement maintains the dignity of the elderly, etc. She also enriched students’ view on MiC and BIM. In addition, both Rosana and Paul believed that open data and open ecosystem are very important to smart city. Rosana has further demonstrated the case of autonomous vehicle and V2X/V2V/V2I for discussion.
Rosana is very supportive of AMAAA and makes herself as an example to inspire and encourage young people to join the I&T industry and also integrate with the new space economy to create more possible ways forward for 8+ billion people.
