BEAM Plus Certificate Presentation Ceremony
The BEAM Plus Certificate Presentation Ceremony which is jointly organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and BEAM Society Limited annually presents the certification to the project teams of building projects which have attained BEAM Plus certification under the Hong Kong' s green building rating system to promote green buildings in the community.
 
Yau Lee Group is pleased to have the following six BEAM Plus certified projects in this year:
 
L.Living 23 Final Platinum (New Buildings)
Hong Kong’s first development designed and built by full lifecycle management approach with the concept of smart city and smart healthy living. The Group adopted the integration of micro spatial to macro level of geographical synthesis to achieve a comprehensive smart planning in terms of enhanced spatial, landscape, architectural, structural, connectivity and greenery which enables residents to enjoy a healthy and harmonious life in a small but relaxing place.
 
Chai Wan Government Complex and Vehicle Depot Provisional Platinum (New Buildings)
Based on the concept of "single site, multiple use", existing facilities will be relocated and new facilities will be provided for five government departments. The project adopts up to 92% of DfMA and integrate with BIM, MiMEP, construction robots and other innovative technologies to improve productivity, safety, quality and sustainability.
 
Fitting-out of Office Accommodation at Wong Chuk Hang for Transport and Logistics Bureau Platinum (Interiors)
The office features a quality indoor environment, complete with common and connecting spaces that are equipped with various CSR-oriented and sustainable facilities. This project successfully achieved an excellent overall score of 99 points as well as an excellent rating under the IAQ Certification Scheme. It has also achieved a Merit Award (Existing Buildings Category – Interiors) of the Green Building Award 2023.
 
Renovation Work of Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung and Sheung Shui Campuses for Hong Kong Institute of Construction Gold (Interiors)
The renovation of the above campuses focuses on energy use, sourcing of environmental-friendly building materials and indoor environmental quality. The projects implemented unique strategies for carbon reduction and health which enable students to study in environmental-friendly, healthy and comfortable environment with enriched campus life and all-round development.
