Yau Lee Wah Concrete Precast Products Company Limited, a subsidiary of Yau Lee Group, owns a 183,000-sqm mega plant in Huizhou, which is equivalent to 25 football pitches, with more than 53 production lines. Its daily and annual production capacities reach 2,200 tonnes of precast products and 260,000 m3.

 

To align with the government’s promotion of the MiC, Yau Lee Wah has expanded its factory and further increased its annual production capacity. It is capable of producing over 23,000 units/more than 43,000 MiC modules. Yau Lee Wah also actively adopts BIM, AI, automation as well as Hong Kong’s first multifunctional blockchain platform BEANiE to ensure just-in-time delivery, high quality, efficiency and a stable supply chain.

Yau Lee Group has always encouraged its staff to have diversified development. Logan, one of the safety officers who has a passion for photography, was invited to take photos of the latest mega plant in an artistic sense, aiming to bring a refreshing image of the construction industry to attract young talents.

 

Yau Lee Group is honoured to have Ms. Bernadette Linn, Secretary for Development, and her team including Mr John Kwong, Head of the Project Strategy and Governance Office of the Development Bureau, visiting the mega plant during their trip to Huizhou to attend the opening ceremony of MiC Supply Chain Conference on Jan 23. During the visit, we have introduced our MiC full lifecycle management approach and had in-depth discussion.
