The kick-off ceremony of the Construction of Public Housing Development at Fanling North Area 15 East Phase 1 was held yesterday (18/1). Mr. I K Wong, Conrad and Rosana of Yau Lee Group joined together with the project team. This project includes 3 blocks providing a total of 3,120 units and one of them will be a 40-storey MiC block with 3,000 MiC modules. The adoption of MiC reaches 72%. Upon completion, It will be the highest MiC block in Hong Kong.

 

During the Partnership Workshop held by the Housing Authority earlier, the entire project team demonstrated the "One Team" spirit and was very keen to discuss how to optimize MiC, with the goal of providing the community with the best quality living environment in the shortest time frame.
