The kick-off ceremony of the Construction of Public Housing Development at Kwu Tung North Area 19 Phases 1A and 1B was held this morning (27/3). Mr. I K Wong, Conrad and Rosana of Yau Lee Group joined together with the project team.

 

This project includes six 38 to 40-storey blocks fully built by MiC with 12950 MiC modules. The adoption rate of MiC reaches 58%. Apart from 4968 units, the project also provides an 11-storey social welfare building cum car park, a retail mall, kindergarten, public facilities such as refuse collection point, etc.
