To address the local labor shortage mentioned in “Construction Manpower Forecast”, Yau Lee Group will continue to drive, implement and intensify a wide range of innovative solutions including MiC, BIM, blockchain multifunctional platform – BEANiE and robotics to streamline manpower and make better use of resources.

 

Meanwhile, via the development of smart construction solutions including construction digitalization and innovation, together with the diversified BIM related and AI full lifecycle programmes provided by GVDC Training Centre, our young generation will be attracted and keen to join construction industry and eventually bring new thinking to improve its sustainability.
