The presentation ceremony of the Quality Building Award (QBA) 2024, jointly organized by nine professional organizations in Hong Kong, was held tonight (27/9). It aims to encourage the industry to work on innovative and eco-friendly solutions for the benefit of society while committing to work holistically to serve every community to the best of its ability.

 

Three projects built by Yau Lee Construction, including the Tenacity Residence Modular Transitional Housing at Ying Wa Street, Public Housing Development (Phase 3) at Queen’s Hill and Hoi Tat Connectivity Hub, have received Merit Awards of Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings), Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building - Government, Institution or Community) and Temporary Building.

 

Yau Lee Group thanks all the judges for their support and is committed in continuously adopting innovative construction technologies to bring the community from common good to social good and working towards the theme of QBA this year - “Empowering Innovation ‧ Sustaining Green ‧ Generating Wellness”.
