Following the remarkable success of the Multi-to-Multi Construction Digitalisation Meet Up in 2023, this year’s event was held this afternoon (4/10) to keep providing a business matching opportunity for Cyberport community startups to showcase the latest construction and property technologies in the context of ESG, Safety, Efficiency, Productivity and Quality.
Before the matching session, Rocky, CEO of the Cyberport, and Thomas, Chairman of the CIC, have delivered the welcome remarks and opening remarks accordingly, followed by a panel discussion where Rosana of Yau Lee Group was one of the speakers to share her insights in how digital tools are reshaping the construction and property industry through transforming traditional practices by highlighting BEANiE which is used for MiC full lifecycle management to ensure just-in-time and lean construction.
Rosana further shared how to drive innovation and transformation within an organization. She believes technology can yield better outcomes in terms of environmental, economic and social sustainability. In Yau Lee Group, everyone is encouraged to be innovated, however, a golden rule of 4-year payback period should apply otherwise there will be no chance to commercialise.
