Ms. Rosana Wong, Executive Director of Yau Lee Group, has been invited by San Po Kong Business Association (SPKBA) to share her insights and experiences of smart digital construction and green buildings yesterday. She presented various iconic projects including Green Hotel 2.0, L. Living 23 – a redevelopment of residential and commercial building with the concept of smart and healthy living in an old urban district, Disciplined Quarters for the Fire Services Department at Pak Shing Kok – a pilot project of the government to adopt MiC, and a number of demountable MiC transitional housing projects. All of these initiatives served to emphasise the value of implementing innovative technologies, such as BIM and BEANiE, Hong Kong's first blockchain-enabled multifunctional platform. Rosana further introduced MobiPro, the first MaaS (Mobility as a Service) autonomous shuttle in the HKSTP and AI robotics for enhancement on construction safety and efficiency. MobiPro as well as the AI robotics are developed by Urban.Systems, one of the startups under Ophylla Ventures. To further enhance the user experience, MobiGoal NFT and a metaverse will be available soon to keep advocating HK’s innovative development.
