The Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Awards 2024 is conferred annually by the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (CHKLC) and the Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy, Hong Kong Baptist University (CCGFP) to provide recognition and prestige for listed companies in achieving outstanding commitment to shareholder rights, compliance, integrity, fairness, responsibility, accountability, transparency, board independence & leadership, and ESG.

 

The presentation ceremony cum gala dinner was held today. With a well developed corporate governance and ESG practices, Yau Lee Group has been awarded an ESG Excellent Award and Rosana was pleased to receive the trophy and deliver an acceptance speech on behalf of the group. She thanked the entire Yau Lee team in particular our Finance Department who spent extra efforts to fulfill all KPI requirements as a listed company. She also wanted to thank all partnering banks for granting us the green and social loans which bolster us to enhance the elements of environment, society, innovation and wellness into our sustainable construction practices.
