The construction for the Hong Kong Housing Society’s first MiC housing development at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A has already commenced and the first MiC box was successfully installed earlier this month. Yau Lee Construction is the main contractor of this project.

 

The project consists of 27 stories to provide 300 subsidised sale flats, while 25 stories with 1,225 MiC boxes to be built by concrete MiC. With estimated target completion in 2024, it is expected to become the tallest concrete MiC building cum the 1st one with balcony in HK.
