Start 2023 right with driving smart building and sustainability of our industry as usual, Benny, CTO of GVDC under Yau Lee Holdings Limited, has attended the “HKABAEIMA Convention” for the celebration of their 3rd Anniversary at Zero Carbon Park to share the latest innovative development with industry elites this afternoon. Mr. David Lam, Under Secretary for Development has been invited as the Guest of Honor and Ms. Ada Fung, President of HKABAEIMA delivered the welcome remarks.

 

According to Benny, in 2023, GVDC will keep on advocating and adopting wide range of smart construction solutions include 5D BIM, HK’s first blockchain-enabled multifunctional platform – BEANiE, AI full lifecycle management of construction, and focusing on I&T talent development via its training centre established last year with a view to enhancing sustainability of our industry.
