Rosana from Yau Lee Group was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the Lighthouse Club International Executive Lunch today (11/6). The Lighthouse Club International is an NGO supporting the construction industry worldwide through the promotion of good fellowship among its members and the provision of charitable assistance to distressed persons within the industry.

 

During the presentation, Rosana discussed the intersection of digitalization and sustainability in both construction and hospitality industries, which sets a new benchmark for green practices and paves the way for innovative facility management solutions. She showcased the renovation of the world’s greenest hotel as a compelling case study in the integration of advanced construction digitalization technologies. Key highlights included the use of AI, digital twins, autonomous twins and blockchain. The digital twin technology enables real-time monitoring of critical systems, ensuring that the hotel's operations not only meet but exceed sustainability standards. Additionally, real-time data will be showcased in a Smart Command Theatre, alongside open data and corporate information for analysis in relation to smart cities, smart environment, smart construction, smart building, and smart mobility. All of them are the essential components for optimizing operational efficiency.
