The Hong Kong Construction Association (HKCA) Lo Pan Patron’s Day Dinner 2025 was held today (25/7). Rosana and representatives from Yau Lee Group joined the dinner to salute Patron Lo Pan, the patron saint of builders and carpenters, during this important traditional festival for the construction industry.

 

Simon, HKCA President, delivered an opening speech, followed by a speech by Mr. David Lam, Acting Secretary for Development, who served as the Guest of Honour. The HKCA 2nd Lo Pan Scholarship Presentation Ceremony was also held during the dinner. The scholarship is a youth empowerment programme that recognizes students with outstanding academic results, community service, leadership, and integrity, with the aim of encouraging commitments to joining the construction industry after graduation.

 

Rosana expressed her strong belief in the importance of attracting young talent to the construction industry, emphasizing that innovation is key to this endeavor. She stated that construction digitalization will not only uphold the values of the industry but also drive it toward a more innovative and sustainable future for the next generation.
