“Voice in Harmony 2025” presented by the Society for Community Organization (SoCO) was held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre this evening (3/10). Rosana of Yau Lee Group has joined to support SoCO in helping needy families to tide over difficulties through charity concert.
In additional to professional performers, there were other performances delivered by the Chinese orchestra, choir and dance group formed by grassroots children and youth from the SoCO as well as solo performance to deliver a message of love and strength. Notably, the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra and choirs from various organizations, consist of a total number of 600 performers from 6 to 70 years old, have set a world record for the "Largest Intergenerational Choir," responding to the spirit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal SDG 10.2, which aims to "reduce inequality”.
The concert concluded with the song "Below the Lion Rock," sung by the entire audience. Rosana expressed her gratitude to SoCO for providing everyone with a warm and touching evening that enhances cohesion and promotes inclusion through art. She also thanked SoCO for giving grassroots children and youth the opportunity to explore the world, broaden their horizons, and cultivate their interests, achieve self-actualization, gain a greater sense of accomplishment, and ultimately ignite their confidence to create a bright future through art.
