The Better Hong Kong Foundation (BHKF) celebrated its 30th anniversary today, September 19, marking three decades since its establishment in 1995. The foundation was created to promote understanding of the "One Country, Two Systems" principle and to explore Hong Kong's future following its handover to the motherland.
The ceremony commenced with welcome remarks by Karen, Executive Director, and followed by sharing sessions by Ronnie, Executive Committee Chairman and Mr. CY Leung, a long-time supporter of the BHKF.
Rosana of Yau Lee Group who has been with the BHKF as a council member since 2017, expressed her gratitude to Ronnie for his visionary leadership in fully exerting the foundation's commitment to the principles of Connect, Engage, and Collaborate. She has previously engaged in BHKF’s high-level visits to China, the US, Russia and Saudi Arabia to meet with overseas stakeholders, reinforcing BHKF's mission to strengthen Hong Kong's international ties.
