The 12th Industrialized Construction Forum (ICF), hosted by the Centre for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) at Stanford University, was held on February 3 in the new campus. The forum aimed to become a premier hub for knowledge exchange among the growing global community of practitioners, innovators, and customers.

Rosana of Yau Lee Group was invited to serve as a keynote speaker again. She shared the progression of precast and MiC development in Hong Kong particularly highlighting the following three projects:
????Public Housing Development at Kwu Tung North Area 19 Phase 1A & 1B – Housing Authority’s first full and largest MiC project
????Design and Construction of Public Housing Developments at Tung Chung Area 114 and 117 – Adoption of patented proprietary technology
????Chai Wan Government Complex and Vehicle Depot - Hong Kong’s first precast inclined circular car ramp

Dr. Wong thanked Prof. Martin Fischer for the invitation and was honoured to export and share Hong Kong’s construction technologies with global stakeholders. As the forum drew to a close, participants gained renewed perspectives on how sharing knowledge and technology can drive the future of construction, reinforcing Hong Kong's standing as an innovator and a keen learner in this rapidly evolving field. Together, the community is poised to embrace the challenges ahead, turning ambitions into reality through collaboration and innovation.
