LumiVoce Foundation celebrated a major milestone at the 10th Anniversary Gala held at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong today (18/4). The evening unfolded under the theme “Kaleidoscope of Ecosystems – A Celebration of a Decade of Impact,” reflecting the foundation’s belief that meaningful change begins with a holistic understanding of the interconnected world we share.

 

LumiVoce is an NGO dedicated to inspiring and educating young people to fall in love with—and actively protect—wildlife and biodiversity through the transformative power of music, arts, and education. Since 2016, LumiVoce has partnered with over 270 schools, engaging 32,000 students, with a special focus on supporting under-represented children. Over the past decade, its work has helped nurture a new generation of environmentally conscious learners who see wildlife and ecosystems not as distant ideals, but as living treasures worth safeguarding.

 

The Gala brought the foundation’s mission to life through a captivating programme. Guests were treated to uplifting performances, including but not limited to a children’s choir from Shrewsbury International School Hong Kong, the renowned Justin Siu Jazz Ensemble live performance, and a memorable special performance by the Founder, Dr. Ying Ying Liu. Adding further significance to the evening, The Honorable Paul CHAN Mo-po, Financial Secretary, served as Guest of Honour—offering encouragement and a timely call to action for the community to continue championing youth development as a pathway to a sustainable and healthy Hong Kong.
