The Lighthouse Club Hong Kong Branch marks 40 years of strengthening the construction industry through unity, innovation, and excellence. Through a series of events scheduled for today (28/5) and tomorrow (29/5), the Club continues to bring together stakeholders to build a stronger, more collaborative community.

 

Rosana of Yau Lee Group participated at the International Construction Conference as a speaker for the breakout session of Digital “Innovation” for World Cities and a panelist for the discussion of “Show and Tell by Women in Decision Making Positions”. In her presentation, Rosana shared how Yau Lee Group is advancing its AI+ initiative, strengthening end-to-end capabilities across our full lifecycle management and enabling a more seamless supply chain and total green solutions. She highlighted practical applications powered by blockchain, intelligent automation, agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs, among other technologies. For the panel discussion, Rosana joined a group of female Industry leaders to discuss career pathways, key challenges, and lessons learned. She emphasized that even in a male-dominated industry, her approach remains clear - there is no gender in ability. All humans can lead, contribute, and “walk the talk” by demonstrating their own capability.

 

Rosana further underscored the importance of attracting young talent to help the construction industry continue to thrive and grow.
