【Delegation of the Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development Visiting MiC Housing Development at Hung Shui Kiu】
Developing by the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) and constructing by Yau Lee Construction, the MiC Housing Development at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A has commenced successfully. This afternoon, the delegation of the Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China led by 曾憲新司長together with 郭建華女士from LOCPG HK have visited the above site accompanied by Mr. John Kwong, Head of Project Strategy and Governance Office of Development Bureau, and Mr. James Chan, CEO of HKHS. Project team members including Frankie and Franco from HKHS and Conrad, Rosana and Richard from Yau Lee have introduced the project background and its implementation of the innovative technologies, for instance, HK’s first blockchain multifunctional platform BEANiE 5.0 and real time monitoring of MiC production in Huizhou.
 
It’s worth recapping that the project at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A consists of 27-storey to provide 300 subsidised sale flats, while 25-storey with 1,225 MiC boxes to be built by concrete MiC. With estimated target completion in 2024, it is expected to become the tallest concrete MiC building and the 1st one with balcony in HK.
