The Transitional Housing Project at Po Lam Road North is Yau Lee Construction’s third demountable concrete MiC project after “Tenacity Residence” at Ying Wa Street and "1 Cheong San" in Yen Chow Street. This project will require 468 boxes. According to our past experience, adoption of MiC can reduce 40% of construction time and 60% of manpower which will enable the project to be completed faster and alleviate the housing demand in TKO.

In order to meet the demands of theresidence, cooking requirement, ventilation and natural light have been considered when planning the interior design in which bathroom with windows will be offered. At the same time, the project will also make good use of the open space to provide a small park, laundry room, activity room as well as bicycle parking spaces which will encourage the residents to travel by bicycle in TKO where has a complete bicycle network and smart and healthy living can be eventually promoted.
