Flat in-take at Cheong San No. 1, located at Yen Chow Street, started yesterday (15 February 2022). It is the second concrete demountable MiC social housing project completed by Yau Lee Group to provide 205 units for more than 400 beneficiaries. A total of 340 MiC boxes only required 2 months for production and another 2 months for installation. Cheong San No. 1 not only completed earlier than the contract period, but also successfully achieved zero accident. The Group deeply appreciates every member of the team for showing relentless effort for this project.

 

Yesterday was the Lantern Festival, which marked the first full moon of the new lunar year to celebrate family reunions, while also a Chinese Valentine’s Day. HKCSS, the Organiser, and St. James’ Settlement, the Service Operator, created a heart-shaped lighting effect in Cheong San No. 1 to add a sweet and warm festive atmosphere. Since social housing projects carry the expectations of grassroot families to have a better living, Yau Lee Group aims at enhancing its productivity and MiC standardized design by adopting a wide range of innovative technologies to enable more citizens in need to enjoy a comfortable residence and a sweet home as soon as possible.
