Yau Lee Group is possessed of solid experience in hospital construction. Design and Construction of Yau Ma Tei Specialist Clinic at Queen Elizabeth Hospital is one of remarkable projects which firstly adopted 5D BIM for hospital construction. Besides, Yau Lee Group is currently building Hong Kong’s first cancer special treatment centre with extensive use of 5D BIM for full lifecycle management to greatly enhance its buildability and productivity.

 

Ms. Rosana Wong, Executive Director of Yau Lee Holdings Limited, was invited to speak at a HKTDC webinar “Intelligent Infrastructure Development for Hospital and Healthcare”. She shared the Group’s experiences in adopting 5D BIM in hospital projects and also illustrated the applicability of smart purification system namely Zephy filter-free disinfection device and various autonomous driving, AI and robotic solutions for the development of future cities and intelligent hospitals.
