Yau Lee Group held an appreciation dinner to thank the project team of the Disciplined Services Quarters of the Fire Services Department at Pak Shing Kok for their contribution. It is the first project in Hong Kong to adopt MiC as well as a pilot project of Construction 2.0 and Industry 4.0 promoted by the Development Bureau. It is composed of 3726 MiC modules. With the efforts of the project team and the trust of the client, the project completed 10 months earlier than the LegCo schedule and won numerous awards, including:

Chairman Wong pointed out that the Group has been a pioneer in the industry especially precast, MiC and Site Industrialisation. He encouraged the team to keep trying and overcome the fear of failure in order achieve breakthroughs. Conrad, the Vice Chairman, and Rosana, the Executive Director, thanked the consultants and Yau Lee’s subsidiaries respectively. Among them, GVDC, VHSoft and iC-full Security Management Limited, a start-up company of Ophylla Ventures, developed BEANiE, Hong Kong’s first blockchain multifunctional platform, under the inspiration of Sylvia, the former Director of ArchSD. BEANiE has been upgraded to BEANiE 6.0 in just four years to meet the different needs of MiC and DfMA projects.
