2023 is a special year for the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) as it marks the 75th anniversary of the organisation and they have organised a wide range of activities under the theme of “Creating Homes for Sustainable Living” throughout this year. Since Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A Subsidised Sale Housing, being constructed by Yau Lee, is the first MiC project of HKHS, its Chairman Mr. Chan Kar-lok, together with its management team including Franco, Assistant Director, and Gordon, General Manager, conducted a live broadcast of lifting of the 75th bedroom MiC module of this iconic project at their headquarters at the World Trade Centre to mark HKHS’ significant milestone. Rosana, Executive Director of Yau Lee Group, also attended this remarkable event at the site physically to witness the advantages of smart site.

 

Rosana firstly congratulates the HKHS on its 75th anniversary and thanks for their contributions to HK over the years. At the same time, she also wishes HKHS to continue to provide more outstanding buildings so as to create a more livable Hong Kong as well as to help citizens in need build their own home as soon as possible. With the smart site, Yau Lee’s project team showed HKHS management at its headquarters a real time monitoring of the MiC production lines in our Huizhou and the lifting of the 75th bedroom MiC module. The latest progress of the project was also demonstrated through BEANiE, Hong Kong’s first blockchain multifunctional platform. BEANiE 4.0, equipped with CCTV and dashboard, is being used in this project to monitor not only the production, quality, delivery and installation of the MiC modules, but also the logistic route and wellness of our drivers. Lastly, Alex, the Project Manager from the HKHS, led a tour to visit the show flat located on the second floor within the site with the presence of Mr. Chan and his team via livestreaming.
