Rosana of Yau Lee Group attended “CIC – See What I See” Luncheon Talk this afternoon. Mr. James Chan, CEO and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) was invited to share HKHS’ social innovation heritage and their approach in fostering an inclusive community and providing a sustainable and liveable environment. After his sharing, Thomas, Chairman of the CIC, joined him to conduct a discussion with the participants. In addition, Hong Kong Institute of Construction, a member organization of the CIC, invited a number of guests who have successfully made a career change into the construction industry to share their experiences and insights. Lastly, Victor, Under Secretary for Housing, was invited to conclude the luncheon talk.

 

Yau Lee Group and Rosana have always been very supportive of the HKHS and thank them for their contributions to Hong Kong. We are honoured to build HKHS’ first MiC high-rise building with balcony. Apart from this, one of Rosana’s startups will probably be the first batch of tenants to move into the Proptech Smart Space co-organized by the Cyberport and the HKHS to develop more innovative digital solutions for the industry. Besides, Rosana is happy to see more and more talents joining the construction industry from different fields. The Group is actively recruiting and training local and imported young talents through technologies to meet the manpower demand and deepen the sustainable development of the Group.
