Hong Kong’s First PropTech Co-working Space (PropTech Smart Space) established by the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) and Cyberport, officially launched today. The PropTech Smart Space is located in Fanling which can seize the development opportunities in the Northern Metropolis, in particular promoting the development of smart city through different application solutions of innovative technologies and supporting the development of entrepreneurial talents and incubation of start-up enterprises.
This afternoon, James, CEO and Executive Director of the HKHS, and Peter, CEO of the Cyberport, led the innovative lighting ceremony to mark this milestone with guests from HKHS including KK, Vice Chairman, Franki, Director, and Franco, Assistant Director, Pecvin, Deputy Director of Northern Metropolis Co-ordination Office of Development Bureau, and Vivian, Founding Chairwoman of the Hong Kong PropTech Association (HKPTA), etc. Rosana of Yau Lee Group has also attended the ceremony and extended the invitation to her business partner Andrew.
One of Rosana's start-ups, iC-full Security Management Ltd (iC-full), has successfully stationed in the PropTech Smart Space. iC-full is committed to developing blockchain-enabled PropTech technologies including smart construction, smart logistics and smart supply chain. She will also cooperate with Andrew on the development of a wide range of smart solutions for the seniors. Field trials of these solutions will have chance to implement at HKHS’ rental estates and commercial buildings to capture real-life data for proof of the concept.
