Representatives of The Yelites Association (Yelites), led by its Chairman Lawrence, visited the Subsidised Sales Housing at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A this morning. Conrad and Rosana of Yau Lee Group supported Kevin and Leo to share the project details and the latest progress as well as illustrated how the Group, as a contractor, enhanced project’s productivity and efficiency without compromising safety and quality.

 

The founding objectives of the Yelites is to “gather young elites, research and promote national conditions, focus on social issues and build a political think tank”. Yelites also actively participates in social affairs and youth activities. Rosana was very delighted to meet with the Yelites representatives and hoped to let young generations from different sectors can have better understanding of the current development of the construction industry, especially how MiC and innovative technologies can enhance quantity, speed, efficiency and quality to alleviate the current housing challenges.

 

In addition, in response to the National Ecological Day, Rosana specially introduced the ecosystem of the area where egrets and fish always gather near the site and it will definitely bring residents a sustainable natural environment in the future. Yau Lee Group must take environmental protection into consideration in its daily operations and actively adopt different construction technologies in order to enhance the management of resources and environmental impact.
