Themed as “Seizing opportunities in Hong Kong’s Smart Green Building Development”, the Smart Green Building Summit organized by InvestHK gathered experts from different industries, including Dr. Jimmy Chiang, Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion of InvestHK and their Head of Innovation and Technology – Andy, Dr. Cheung Tin Cheung, Chairman of HKGBC, Ms. Joyo Song, ESG Disclosure & Integration WG Co-chair of Hong Kong Green Finance Association and Thomas, Chairman of CIC, etc. to share their insights on green building certification, green financing landscape, green technologies as well as landmark building cases.

 

Rosana, Executive Director of Yau Lee Grup, also attended to support this event. Among the speakers, Peter, CEO of Cyberport, illustrated the latest expansion project which aims at fulfilling the needs of different stakeholders in the integration of overall environment, greening and connectivity. In addition, smart living and pet facilities will be added into the Waterfront Park which can create an open and inclusive green space for the community.
