The Disciplined Services Quarters for Fire Services Department at Pak Shing Kok has been awarded the Overall Best of the ACEHK Annual Awards 2023 which is given to the project that stands out the most among all entries with the highest total marks in terms of the engineering excellence, innovation & creativity, sustainability, and quality presentation & clarity of ideas. Conrad and Rosana of Yau Lee Group attended the ACEHK Annual Dinner cum Awards 2023 Presentation Ceremony this evening to receive this remarkable award as the main contractor together with the project team including our client Architectural Services Department and consultants.

 

As the first MiC project in Hong Kong, the Group gained a lot of valuable experience which laid the foundation of our MiC development. We were also inspired to develop Hong Kong’s first BIM-enabled blockchain multifunctional platform BEANiE for MiC full lifecycle management.
